I started taking Adderall XR 20 mg on Sunday. I took it for 2 days and both days I had mild diarreah and cramping, not bad but enough to make me question whether I should be taking it. I am not sure it I got a touch of food poisoning with coincidental timing or if it is the medication. I didn't take it this morning and was going to take it after I ate breakfast but immediately got an upset stomach so I haven't taken it yet.
